AI automation starts with clear systems and standard processes

First organize the workflow and agree how it should run, then bring in systems and AI. We help small companies map the steps and responsibilities, standardize data formats, decision rules and exception handling, then use internal systems, LINE bots and custom automation to reduce rework and errors. No SOP yet? We can work from how you do things today. You can estimate costs on the site before we meet.

  • Fixed-scope projects, weekly retainers or the solo-company monthly plan, whichever fits
  • A public hourly-rate formula, no guesswork quotes
  • Cloud server purchase, deployment and monitoring handled by us

Who we serve

The three clients we work with most

Small, and with needs that change as the business does. So we fix the scope first, work by project or by week, and show prices before you ask.

  • Small companies and startups

The internal systems your staff open every day, for orders, stock and rosters, plus the website and AI automation. No need to hire an engineering team first, and no need to live with the 20% your packaged software will not do.

    See what fits
  • Teams that need flexibility

Teams whose needs keep shifting and who like to see things as they go. Finish one scoped piece as a project, or set priorities together each week on a retainer and stop any time.

    See what fits
  • Small travel agencies

Itinerary pages, booking forms, LINE support with auto-replies, online sales of eSIMs or tickets — a digital storefront even for a small team.

What we do

Four lines of work. Find the one you need

Each one comes with systems we run ourselves that you can look at. Not sure which one fits? Just talk to us.

See all 19 services
  1. Software projects & automation

Organize the workflow, standardize the process, then automate. We map support, admin and content tasks with you, agree on data formats and handling rules, then use LINE bots and custom automation for repetitive work to cut costs and improve efficiency.

We run AI multimedia automation every day on our own blog and podcasts: from 1 January to 3 October 2026, about 210,000 page views and about 139,000 podcast downloads (Google Analytics).

See all services in this line
  2. Advisory (your external tech department)

Embedded consultants and one-to-one AI development coaching: no need to build an engineering team first, and someone is there when you need them.

See all services in this line
  3. Open-source solutions

Open-source software saves licence fees and we write the missing features (Kong plugins, an Uptime Kuma cluster, a Token Monitor dashboard); after customisation someone keeps looking after it and adjusting the code.

  4. On-prem AI model solutions

Virtual humans, AI video, voice and music, generated on your own GPU with no per-use fees.

Products we run ourselves, every day

Below are systems we operate and tools we have published. Client work uses the same tools and process.

  • eSIM 226 storefront

    E-commerce

    eSIM 226 storefront

A travel eSIM store in eight languages with multi-currency pricing and two Taiwanese payment gateways. Paid orders are provisioned with the upstream supplier automatically and the install email goes out on its own.

    • Eight locales and multiple display currencies, so Japanese buyers see yen
    • Automatic provisioning across two suppliers, with failover

    Next.js · PostgreSQL · Keycloak · ECPay/NewebPay · Kubernetes

  • eSIM back office

    Admin system

    eSIM back office

The operations side of the same store: products, pricing, orders, refunds, suppliers and payments in one place. It actively surfaces problems like "paid but never fulfilled" instead of waiting to be asked.

    • Orders, revenue, unpaid and unfulfilled counts at a glance
    • AI pricing suggestions and bulk listing changes

  • v-terminal developer platform

    Harness / internal tools

    v-terminal developer platform

Our own browser-based platform for building and operating software: terminals, Kubernetes, Helm GitOps deploys, CI, registry and an AI coding agent in one screen. This website was shipped from zero using it.

    • Git push to self-hosted runner to Harbor to Helm sync, one pipeline
    • AI console: send a task from your phone, the agent reads the spec, edits and tests

Why us

Every system is tied to a result you can see

We also run an online store, LINE support bots and an AI development console ourselves, and use the same approach on client work.

  • Pricing has a formula

Hourly rate = monthly salary ÷ 160 × multiplier, hours listed item by item. The number you see is the one we calculate with.

  • Agree on the result first

Before we start we agree what should improve: hours saved, errors or costs removed. Scope and schedule are estimated from that and written into the quote. On a retainer we meet weekly, invoice per cycle, and you can stop any time.

  • Someone looks after it after launch

We buy the cloud server on your behalf. Managing it for the first six months is included in the development fee; the cloud bill itself is separate. After launch we handle deployment and backups and monitor your site with monitoring software; then pick one of three maintenance tiers.

  • AI-native way of working

We build and operate these systems with AI agents ourselves, then apply the same approach to your LINE bots, automations and multi-agent AI applications.

  • One person from requirements to launch

The person you discuss requirements with is the one who writes the code, deploys it and maintains it after launch, so nothing gets lost in hand-offs and you always know who to ask.

  • Payment integration experience

Integrations with Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Cybersource and the Taiwanese gateways ECPay and NewebPay, including refunds and reconciliation, the parts that tend to go wrong.

  • Development notes in public

The blog has hundreds of development notes and open-source tool guides. Before working together, you can see how problems get broken down and which trade-offs get made.

How we work together

Four ways to engage. Pick the one that costs you the least effort.

Our rate formula is public: hours = monthly salary ÷ 160 × a multiplier. The numbers are all in the calculator, so you do not need to ask us first.

Fixed project

Fixed scope, fixed price

Best when the scope is clear. 30% on signing, 70% before launch.

  • Schedule estimated from scope, with six months of cloud setup and management (cloud costs separate)
  • Send us a page list and a feature list, get back a quote with hours
  • Changes are billed as extra hours, we do not re-open the whole deal
  • Maintenance available after launch, from NT$15,000 per half year

Weekly retainer

Fixed hours every week

Best when requirements keep growing. From 15–20 hours a week at NT$14,000 per week, invoiced per settlement cycle.

  • No need to specify everything up front, we prioritise together weekly
  • Set hours and weekly fee in the calculator and see the total
  • Stop any time, settled at the end of that week
  • Suits AI automation and LINE bots, which keep evolving

Maintenance

Someone looks after it after launch

Maintenance after launch comes in three tiers, NT$15,000–NT$42,000 per half year, covering cloud server renewal and management, backups, security updates and monthly adjustment hours (cloud costs separate).

  • Cloud server renewal, certificate renewal and daily backups
  • Security updates for the framework and packages
  • The top tier includes 4 hours of changes a month
  • When something breaks, someone picks up. No hunting for a new dev.

How we work

Four steps from first contact to launch

  1. 1

    Map needs and workflows

We look at how work gets done, who is responsible and where the data lives, then map the steps and handovers to find repetitive tasks and common sources of errors.

    Contact us
  2. 2

    Agree standards and a quote

We define data formats, processing rules, exception handling and acceptance criteria, identify the steps suited to automation, then estimate hours, costs and timing for the agreed scope.

    Start an estimate
  3. 3

    Build

Project mode: 30% deposit to start, weekly updates. Retainer mode: fixed weekly hours, settled every period, stop any time.

    See how we work
  4. 4

    Launch and maintain

Deployed to a cloud server we buy on your behalf, or to your own environment. Managing it for the first six months is included; cloud costs are billed separately. Then pick a maintenance tier as needed.
