Open-source customisation
Build your infrastructure on open source; we write the missing piece and look after it once it is live
API gateway (Kong, including plugins we write), file transfer (SFTP/SFTPGo), open-source remote desktop (RustDesk instead of TeamViewer), identity (Keycloak), content platforms (Strapi, n8n, WordPress), AI usage monitoring (Token Monitor, plus a web dashboard), uptime monitoring (Uptime Kuma, which can be turned into a multi-node high-availability cluster). We use these ourselves as well.
A good fit when
- You want to avoid licence fees but need someone to install it, wire it up and keep it running
- The open-source option fits 80% and the missing 20% needs a plugin or module
- You need someone accountable for upgrades and security patches instead of watching CVEs yourself
Not a fit when
- The gap between your needs and the project is so wide that rewriting beats patching
- You cannot accept open-source licence terms
What we can set up or customise for you
- 01Kong API gateway: routing, auth, rate limiting, observability, plus custom Lua plugins
- 02SFTP file transfer and self-hosted remote desktop (RustDesk, with no third-party server in the path)
- 03Custom plugins or modules with source, plus deployment and upgrade runbooks
- 04Someone looks after it once it is live: version updates, security patches and code adjustments based on how you actually use it, under a maintenance plan

Token Monitor team AI usage dashboard
See how your team actually uses AI: who uses which tools, how much, at what cost, and how much of each subscription is left. We collect usage records from each computer with the open-source Token Monitor (MIT; it supports 43+ AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor), combine the machines through a Hub, and add the web dashboard the project does not ship, so the whole team's usage is visible in a browser.
- Per computer: which AI tools each colleague's machine uses, today's and this month's tokens and cost, and when it last reported
- Reads only the usage records each tool leaves on the computer (token counts, model, time); it does not read prompts or code
